KRIS PATTERSON, MA, LMHP-R, is a Resident in Counseling who utilizes a blend of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, to support clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their mental health. With a focus on active therapy, she encourages clients to build their toolbox of coping mechanisms and stress-relieving strategies to navigate life’s challenges. She works with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD, meeting each client where they are on their journey to foster growth and resilience.
